**I know this was brought up in an earlier post and I had commented before doing research (my bad) so here are my findings** Also I know this does not apply to everyone here at the Chiesa but I still figured I would post this.
Al Jazeera is starting a new channel called "beIN Sport" which has the USA rights to La Liga, Serie A, Ligue Un, nPower Championship, Copa Del Rey, Coppa Italia, Football League Cup, Supercoppa Italian, Copa America, South American World Cup Qualifiers, and various other things. The official launch was scheduled for August 1st but has been pushed back to the 15th. As of now they are streaming their channel for free on their official website http://www.beinsport.tv/. At the bottom of the website there is a listing of all of the major US cable and dish companies that do not offer the channel and you guessed it... as of now none of them will have the channel offered in their lineups.
What I did:
*I called Comcast (my cable provider) and the person i spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. But they noted that i requested the channel.
*I used beIN Sports's website to send Comcast an email requesting the channel.
*ESPN3 as of now does not have any listing for Serie A although anyone who frequents this sight knows that games get added left and right, they even add games right before they start. I also gave them a call and they are not sure if they will Serie A.
As of now i guess sportlemon.tv will be my best friend from here on out.
