Thanks to a Graziano Pelle header earlier in the week, Italy's winless streak came to an end as the Azzurri barely squeaked by Malta 1-0. Following that somewhat listless performance, Antonio Conte has elected for a few tactical changes ahead of today's qualifier with Bulgaria.
After the failed Andrea Pirlo and Marco Verratti experiment in midfield, the Metronome has been benched in favor of our very own Daniele De Rossi, while Lazio's Antonio Candreva will line up alongside Pelle and Stephan El Shaarawy up front. However, the big lineup news of the day is Gianluigi Buffon's 150th cap, a well deserved honor for one of the game's all-time greats.

We're still a week away from actual Roma action, so this is the best we can do in the meantime. Having said that, it will be interesting to see if De Rossi can reclaim his spot in Conte's starting eleven and the extent to which Alessandro Florenzi features for the national team, not to mention at which position.
