As Roma look to get their season back on track and right the ship before Saturday’s massive Derby della Capitale, EDF will greatly change things up from Sunday’s horrific defeat at Bologna. According to both Corriere dello Sport and Gazzetta dello Sport, EDF will go with a 4-2-3-1 against Roma’s neighbors to the south; Frosinone. Frosinone held out for 81’ on Sunday against Juventus before Cristiano Ronaldo was able to breach their defense. EDF will look to avoid a similar nervy performance with an attacking look.

As he looks to fire up the troops, EDF willmake seven changes from Sunday. On defense, Sunday’s wingbacks, Ivan Marcano and Alessandro Florenzi, are projected to make way for Aleksander Kolarov and Davide Santon. Federico Fazio and Kostas Manolas are projected to keep their spots in front of Robin Olsen. Meanwhile, Daniele De Rossi and Steven N’Zonzi will hold down the two man midfield in front of the back four. This means Italy duo, Lorenzo Pellegrini and Bryan Cristante, find their way to the bench. Leading the line today will be Patrik Schick, and he will be supported by Stephan El Sharaawy, Javier Pastore, and Cengiz Under. It’s a complete overhaul of Sunday’s attack, which featured Diego Perotti and Justin Kluivert flanking Edin Dzeko.
