If you're on any social media platform whatsoever, you may already be familiar with AI Portraits, a nifty little site that transforms photos into classically-stylized portraits in the style of Rembrandt and Caravaggio among others...and it's free! This is what the internet was created for, my friends, and since a good idea is a good idea is a good idea, I'm not too proud to admit that I completely lifted this piece from our colleagues at Cartilage Free Captain, our Spurs blog, who transformed the likes of Delle Ali and Jan Vertonghen into works of classical art.
So, without further delay, I present to you the Renaissance wing of the Roma Hall of Fame.
Paulo Fonseca
I mean, the mustache alone makes this priceless.
(Older) Francesco Totti
(Younger) Francesco Totti, Euro 2000
Odd looking, but still magnificent.
Manuela Giugliano
She doesn't look quite as excited on canvas, but we're still stoked to have her.
Daniele De Rossi
This one should be a tattoo.
Agnese Bonfantini
Alessandro Florenzi
Elisa Bartoli
Lorenzo Pellegrini
Pau Lopez
This one belongs on a stamp.
Federico Fazio (Relatively Clean Shaven)
Federico Fazio (Full Beard)
Renaissance painting subject or lead singer of a System of the Down cover band?
Davide Santon
Look at that intense, handsome motherfucker.
Amadou Diawara
Giada Greggi
Camilla Labate
Annamaria Serturini
Andrine Hegerberg
Cengiz Ünder
Justin Kluivert
Nicolo Zaniolo
That definitely looks like the cover to a book about Greek mythology.
Aleksandar Kolarov
I'd follow that face into war.
Not a current Roma player, but I just had to end it with this one....
Luca Toni
This was way too much fun. Hopefully the site stays up and we can capture a few more iconic moments this season. In the meantime, feel free to share your own!
