While they can't quite rival the NFL's ability to turn something as mundane as a fixture list into an event, the folks at Lega Serie A pumped up the jam a bit when releasing the new Serie A calendar today, broadcasting it live in front of a studio audience. It's a small move for sure, but puffing out their chest a bit couldn't hurt in their quest to raise their profile.
So, without further delay, the 2019-2020 Serie A calendar:

Key Dates
Roma kicks off the season with a relatively light fixture, hosting Genoa before an extremely early Derby della Capitale against Lazio the very next week, one in which Roma will be the away team.
Matchday 6: Our first look at newly promoted Lecce
Matchday 9: Milan's new project comes to the Olimpico to face Roma: Year Zero
Matchday 11: Our first look at Kostas Manolas in his new Napoli gear
Matchday 15: Away to Inter, or a look at what might have been had Roma convinced Conte
Matchday 16: Roma's first shot at revenge against SPAL
Matchday 19: Roma round out the first half of the season against Juventus
We're less than a month away from the new season, and if Roma can hit the ground running, you'd have to like their chances to at least net eight or nine points from those first five matches.
