It's that time of year again: time for midweek European matches. Well, midweek might be a bit generous since Europe's Junior Varsity tournament, the Europa League, often gets relegated to Thursday afternoons. Nevertheless, Roma were considered by many to be among the favorites (or at least not a complete longshot) in last season's competition before falling to Sevilla in the Round of 16 and should, if you take BSC Young Boys manager Gerardo Seoane's word for it, be considered the odds-on favorites to advance from a Group A that also features CFJ Cluj and PFC CSKA Sofia.
