The group stages of Euro 2020 have come and gone and with them so have the hopes of the eight nations not lucky enough to survive the initial cull. With four third-placed seeds joining the top two seeds from each of the six groups, the honor of reaching the knockout round may feel a little diluted but fans will still be entertained by 16 of the best national teams in the world.

From a Roma perspective, Saturday's marquee matchup features Leonardo Spinazzola and the rest of the Italian National Team as they square off with Austria at historic Wembley Stadium in London, but the day begins with a couple of upstart sides looking to sneak past Europe's power players to the Quarterfinals.

Time: 18:00 CET/12:00 EDT | Location: Johan Cruijff Arena, Amsterdam

Gareth Bale and Wales, runners up to Italy in Group A, play "host” to Denmark at the Johan Cruijff Arena in Amsterdam. After eeking out four points and a narrow +1 goal differential, the Welsh will be eager to prove their second-place finish was no fluke but they're coming smack up against an extremely motivated Danish side, whose spirits have been boosted by Christian Eriksen's recovery from a cardiac arrest earlier in the tournament.

This should be an evenly contested match, so don't be shocked if it takes more than 90 minutes.

After a clean sweep through group play, Roberto Mancini has the Azzurri riding high and approaching a record clean-sheet streak, which currently stands at 11 straight matches—one shy of the Azzurri record. With two wins and one defeat, Austria were no pushovers in Group C, so don't expect Marcel Sabitzer and company to simply roll over at the sight of Roberto Mancini's well-pressed suits.
