As recently as two years ago, the notion that José Mourinho would somehow become Roma’s manager, and that he'd start his tenure off playing in something called the Europa Conference League, would have sounded absurd. But that's precisely the reality in which we currently reside, and it's a glorious existence so far.

After knocking Trabzonspor out of the ECL and toppling Fiorentina 3-1 in the Serie A opener, Mourinho and Roma are off to a perfect 3-0 start. A win today against newly-promoted Salernitana would push Roma's early-season winning streak to four matches and, thanks to the events around the league this weekend, the Giallorossi would find themselves even on points with Lazio and Inter Milan at the top of the table.

The lineups are in, so let's see if The Special One can go four-for-four.
