The 21 year old Nigerian striker joined Roma on loan from Spezia for the 2015-16 season, during which he scored two goals in six senior squad appearances. Roma made the move permanent at the end of the season.
Since then he has spent three loans spells away from the Olimpico, over the course of two seasons. The most successful of those was his last loan spell at NAC Breda in Holland, which ran from January to June 2018. During that spell he scored five goals in 12 appearances. Roma will hope that he will continue his development with a successful season at the famed Scottish club under Liverpool legend Steven Gerard’s tutelage.
